If you pay while our ad is delisted from the marketplace, we reserve the right to refund you. If we don't respond immediately, try sending us another message. Sometimes the site lags and doesn't give us a notification. If we're away, you can try reaching us on discord or telegram. If you send funds while we're away, we will make you whole once we're online again. Your funds are held on the site's end and it is impossible for us to scam you. We NEVER price gauge after payment.

After you send the coin, and BEFORE a confirmation has occurred on the blockchain, please post the txid (transaction id) in the chat. If you don't know how to or can't find your txid, alert us to this and we will assist you. If you don't send a txid and don't ask for help, we will simply assume which txid is yours and you will be responsible for whatever losses ensue.
