• Phone (including the area code)

If there is any middle name on your ID be sure to include it. Sometimes additional information may be required depending on the Country.

You will need to bring a valid ID when you go to collect the money. Check the expiration date and make sure that the name you gave me matches the name on your ID, otherwise you will not be able to pick up the money.

I will send you the requested amount in Euros, but the funds will be automatically converted into your local currency according to the Xoom exchange rates.

The transfer fees will be deducted from the total amount. Fees vary from 1,99 to 4,99 €, depending on your Country. You can calculate them using the fees and exchange rate calculator on this link: https://www.xoom.com/money-transfer-fees

Before opening a transaction make sure there is a collection point near you. On this link you can find Xoom partner locations near you: https://www.xoom.com/xoom-locations

Usually money are ready to pickup within a few minutes after the transaction. I will inform you that the money is ready to be withdrawn as soon as I receive the confirmation email, providing you with the Xoom transaction number.

Please open a transaction only if you can go and collect the money in a short time. Do not open a transaction if you cannot go to collect the money, if you don't know where to withdraw it or if you don't have a valid document.
