Please understand that I am required to show my profits to the IRS, but I am not an LLC therefore do not need your ID or follow any KYC.

Both buyer and seller can choose to reset the trade at current XMR listing price upon receipt of cash only if XMR price falls, I can't lose money on this but if you end up making some I will just release.
