Refund Terms
Shipments are made via Chronopost so we can follow the routing step by step, from creation, through office drop-off, to delivery. I've never had a problem with this delivery service, but if you'd like to take out insurance to guarantee your shipment, which I don't do, please contact me:
- Up to 1000e: 10e
- Up to 2000e: 20e
- Up to 5000e: 50e For more, shipments will be made in installments.
If you don't take out a guarantee, your shipments won't be insured. Of course, with or without insurance, I'll do everything I can to solve any problem, knowing that I've never had one, and that parcels don't disappear.
On receipt, please check the integrity of the package, and if there is the slightest problem, please inform the driver so that he can note it in the notes.
If you acknowledge receipt of the package and no problems are mentioned, I will consider the trade to be complete and no claims will be accepted.
