Once the package arrives I'll either complete the trade or release your XMR and request that you open a new trade to account for price change for a fee of Market Price +10%. If the XMR price goes in your favor that is okay I can just release, but I cannot lose money. It takes a large sum of money and extensive verifications for me to get my Crypto in large amounts. Please understand that I am required to show my profits to the IRS, but I am not an LLC therefore do not need your ID or follow any KYC.

Both buyer and seller can choose to reset the trade at current XMR listing price upon receipt of cash only if XMR price falls, I can't lose money on this but if you end up making some I will just release. Check your messages consistently on excepted Delivery Date. You should assume that I can't complete the transaction without your active participation.

Floating rates save you money if the price falls and saves me money if the price rises.

No NY or WA residents. If you have a NY or WA postmark or return address I'll mail back your cash at your expense. You agree the trade is unrelated to illegal activity. If I think you might be breaking the law or I think you're buying for someone else I'll request localmonero.co support to cancel the trade.
