NO THIRD PARTIES
1- This is for Personalized AmEx SERVE accounts with your name on them only.
2- You agree that you are the owner of the account you're transferring from and that any payment methods or funds used to fund your account do not belong to any third party.
3 - First time traders or depending on feedback and reputation I will need you to take a selfie with a clear copy of a valid ID (Name on the ID has to match the one on your SERVE account), and a screenshot of your SERVE account showing your name. All names have to match.
4- You agree you're not a resident of New York or New Hampshire.
5- I reserve the right to refuse a trade for any reason.
6- You agree that any transfer or monero you send has been legally obtained, and any transfer or monero you receive will be used legally.
7- Send funds while making sure you leave the MEMO field empty. **
8- VERY IMPORTANT!: Monero is released to you as soon as I confirm the transfer on my account as completed and NOT pending, I cannot release until I confirm transaction as received and complete.
WARNING Any fraudulent reversals and chargebacks will be prosecuted and reported to different agencies to have you blacklisted. **
