- send an instant transfer
- use the reference I tell you to use
- provide a transfer confirmation document (ℹ️ What is this?)
Please tell me:
- the bank or electronic money institution from which you will send
If we have not traded before, please wait for me to give you the go-ahead before you send. My bank details will be visible upon opening the trade under Payment details (desktop) or ⋮ > Payment info (mobile).
If you have a new account or few/no trades or little/no feedback, I may ask for proof of bank account ownership. If you send from an account that is not your own, initiate a transfer recall, or falsely report your own transfer as fraudulent, I will report you to both the admins here and to your bank for fraud.
