Payment is only accepted from Bitcoin (BTC) and immediately released after only 1 confirmation!

1. Send payment that will reach at least 1 confirmation in an hour. If not YOU the buyer must open a new trade for the updated price if we receive the coins after more than an hour.

2. Payment address information will be posted after details are confirmed.

3. The BUYER(YOU) are responsible for blockchain fees, they are NOT to be deducted from the total. For example; if the quote says 0.5 to be paid we must see 0.5 in our wallet arrive NOTHING LESS. If you choose to do this your options to remedy the mistake are:

   A. YOU open a new trade for the amount that was sent, then mark that new trade as paid, and then this old trade with the original amount will need to be closed, we will verify it and release immediately.

   B. Send the remaining amount to fulfill the trade, we will verify it and release immediately.

   C. If none of the above are done depending on the circumstance a dispute may be initiated.

4. Sending on wrong network is your own fault which will cause this trade to be disputed.

5. Do not send any coins if the trade is cancelled. If a refund is possible it will be given MINUS the blockchain/transaction fees.

6. You agree to cancel the trade when not sending to the address given in the chat or not sending the right amount or it will be disputed, this could take up to 24 hours to resolve for either of us and as such we have limited first time buyers to prevent unnecessary issues on our end.

7. If you decide to ignore, disregard or make up your own rules we reserve the right to refuse business/service to you which will result in us disputing you, refunding you (minus the blockchain fee), and blocking you.
