The holiday vouchers have an 18 month expiry date, so you do not need to travel right now. This is perfect to give as a gift to someone, or even better - for yourself!

Once you register your “Vacation Accommodation Voucher” online and select your preferred holiday location, you will have 7 days to complete the activation of your vacation. Once you activate the voucher, you can travel for any date within the next 18 months.

To activate your vacation, you will need to simply needs pay the daily booking & services fees that correspond to the incentive online. This is an industry standard (usually $33 per night).

• What are these booking and services fees?

Booking & Service Fees are a hospitality industry standard & entail, but are not limited to remuneration to a 3rd party booking engine (eg: Expedia, Booking.com etc), travel agency fees & housekeeping/cleaning costs.

Different hotels & resorts will have different availability depending on the times that you have selected for travel.

We also recommend you choose weekdays vs weekends and also avoid major school holidays for the best hotel options and availability.

• Do I get to choose which destination I can holiday in?

Yes, you get to choose the destination that you wish to travel to.

You will get to choose from multiple holiday locations. Once you receive your “Vacation Accommodation Voucher” and follow the instructions on the voucher, you will be able to choose your location on www.choosemylocation.com

• How soon can I book my holiday?

You can book with a minimum of 30 days advance notice prior to preferred or selected check-in dates.

As long as you are booking more than 30 days out, your reservation can be fulfilled, based on availability of course.

• Are flights included in this free holiday?
