For trades < $2000, you can simply include a note with your name, the date, the amount you're sending, and that you are buying monero.

Please send the trade agreement or note and the cash together in the same package or envelope. Failure to include it may cause serious delays in releasing or package being returned to sender.

We video record opening the package and release after we count and verify the cash and that there is a note or trade agreement.
