Type in tracking # before marking paid. If there is no tracking information sent to us within 2 hours, we will dispute and cancel the trade. Tracking information needs to show that it was received by the post office Have the clerk at the post office WEIGH your package when you ship it. We will have a record of the weight of the package via Video for any disputes
